A Few Words About Us.
We have spent years in rooms with mothers, babies, fathers, and families at the most significant thresholds of their lives. What we have learned there — about bodies, about birth, about the quiet wisdom that moves through both — is what this website is built to share.
What Brings Us Together
A Shared Conviction
About Birth.
We arrived at this collaboration from different directions, but we share a set of beliefs about birth and about the families who navigate it that run so deep they feel less like professional opinions and more like lived truths.
This website grew from that shared conviction — from a desire to make what we know available to more people than can find their way to our tables. If something here shifts something for you, that is exactly what it was built for.
01
The body carries wisdom
Neither of us has ever stopped being moved by what the body knows — what it is quietly doing, even in the midst of difficulty. Learning to listen to that is the foundation of everything we practice.
02
Families deserve real information
Too often, families arrive at birth having been told what to expect but not what they need to know. We believe there is a meaningful difference — and that filling that gap is one of the most valuable things we can do.
03
This work is also inner work
The most effective practitioners we know are also people doing their own deep work. We believe that what we carry into the room matters — and we hold ourselves to the same standard we offer our clients.
04
Every birth story deserves care
We have sat with a lot of birth stories — the triumphant, the complicated, the quietly devastating. All of them are real. All of them matter. And all of them can be held with skill and with tenderness.
Why We Built This
We Wanted to Share What We Know
At a certain point in practice, something shifts. You have had enough sessions, accumulated enough insight, seen enough patterns, witnessed enough transformation — and you begin to feel the weight of how much of it stays in the room.
No booking buttons. This is an information site, not a clinic portal. Everything here is offered freely.
No padding. We set an intention to be concise. If something is here, it is here because it belongs — not because content volume signals expertise.
Real voices. The podcast, the client stories, the articles — all of it comes from people with direct experience, not aggregated summaries of other people's work.
Honest complexity. We will not tell you that birth is always beautiful, that CST fixes everything, or that doing the work guarantees the outcome. We will tell you what we actually know.
Respect for you. You are not a potential client. You are a person navigating something real. We want to be useful to you exactly where you are.
What We Are Offering
Not a Service. A Sharing.
There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from working hard — from being the one who holds the knowledge, delivers the service, and sends the invoice. That is not why we built this.
We built this because we have been in rooms where something shifted. Where a mother understood something about her body she had never been told. Where a father found language for what he had been feeling. Where a baby, held just so, finally settled into the ease it had been working toward since birth.
We built this because those moments belong to more people than the ones who found their way to our table. The wisdom that lives in those rooms is not ours to keep — it is ours to share.
— Your body is designed for this. And that doesn't mean it will be easy.
— Information is not the same as instruction. We share; you decide.
— The inner work of parenting begins before the child arrives.
— A difficult birth experience is not a failure. It is something that deserves care.
— Babies communicate from the very beginning. We can learn to listen.
— Partners matter at birth. Their preparation matters too.
— Awareness creates choice. And choice is a form of freedom.
